One of wellness's
fastest-growing trends.
Cold-water therapy has moved from elite locker rooms to the backyard. A cold plunge offers a simple, repeatable ritual with real benefits — and pairs perfectly with a sauna for contrast therapy. We'll help you choose a plunge that fits your space and your routine.

Recovery you can feel
Cold immersion is associated with reduced inflammation, faster muscle recovery, improved circulation and a sharp boost in mental clarity and mood. A few minutes a day can change how you feel.
- Athletic recovery & reduced inflammation
- Improved circulation & alertness
- Sleek designs that fit modern backyards

Better together with a sauna
Alternating hot and cold — sauna then plunge — is the classic Nordic ritual. We can design a wellness corner that combines both, turning recovery into the best part of your day.
- Pairs perfectly with a Finnleo sauna
- Consistent, easy-to-maintain temperatures
- Indoor or outdoor placement
See it in a real backyard.
One of wellness's — your questions.
How cold does it get, and is it safe?
Most home plunges hold temperatures in the 39–55°F range, fully adjustable. As with any new wellness practice, we recommend easing in and checking with your doctor if you have a health condition.
Do I need a sauna too?
Not at all — a plunge stands on its own. That said, many owners love pairing it with a sauna for hot-cold contrast therapy, and we can design both together.
Where can it go?
Indoors or out. Modern plunges are self-contained with their own chilling and filtration, so placement is flexible — patios, home gyms, or a dedicated wellness corner.
